  • CHEF LUDO LEFEBVRE

    Ludo Lefebvre is a French chef, restaurateur, author and television personality. He was awarded a Michelin star in 2019 for cutting-edge restaurant Trois Mec, has been credited with "rekindling a national appetite for French cuisine" with his Parisian bistro Petit Trois and is known as the king of pop-up dining after launching his revolutionary concept "LudoBites".
  • Chef Fabio Ugoletti | Mar'sel

    Chef de Cuisine, Fabio Ugoletti, was born in Parma, Italy, and has a deep appreciation for fresh, seasonal cuisine. Chef Fabio creates elevated tasting menus that delight the senses within Terranea's award-winning restaurant, mar'sel.
  • Chef Andrew Harrison | BASHI

    Chef de Cuisine at bashi, Andrew Harrison, leads the culinary team, which showcases inventive sushi and an Asian-inspired menu. Mastering the art of wok cookery, Chef Andrew's high energy and enthusiasm fuels both the kitchen and menus with an innovative approach and bold, fresh flavors.

    Chef de Cuisine, Chef Juan Nunez, a pillar of Nelson's for nearly 10 years, began as a line cook under Chef Andrew Vaughan. He's instrumental in the successful Summer Concert Series, uniting top local bands with flavorful cuisine.

    Japonica is a sushi/ramen/izakaya Japanese restaurant in Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, and El Segundo. Where you can not only enjoy authentic Japanese favorites such as sushi and sashimi, but also multi-national dishes based on Japanese culinary method in a cool, yet casual atmosphere.

    We are Miller Butler, a grassroots mobile fresh pasta and woodfired pizza company based out of San Pedro.  We aim to celebrate life or within our community through a unique set of culinary experiences. 
  • CHACHI'S | SAN PEDRO

    Chachi's is a San Pedro sandwich shop known for its mouthwatering paninis. Each sandwich is made with fresh ingredients, topped with a gourmet house-made sauce, and delicately pressed onto a famous Buscemi's roll. Established in February 2024 by husband and wife Charles (aka Chachi) and Reece, they aimed to combine the culinary tastes acquired while living in metropolitan cities like Berlin, Tokyo, London and NYC with their California roots.
